Terms & Conditions

Conditions are subject to change and review by SEPA on an ongoing basis and any decision on interpretation of the within terms and conditions is a matter exclusively for SEPA whose decision shall be final.

01 Prices


The price of all our programmes includes airport transfers during holiday periods (airport transfers outside holiday periods have a fee of €30 each way. Any airport transfer outside office hours 9.00 - 18.00 have a charge of €50), full board accommodation with an Irish host family or in boarding school accommodation, the cost of public transport when needed for the programme, books and uniform when needed for school, follow up and guardianship from tutors and an emergency contact number 24/7. It does not include the flights. The prices may need to change for

external reasons.


02 Enrollment and Payment

To enrol in any of our programmes, the

participant should fill the enrolment form and send it to SEPA. There is a non

refundable administration fee of €100 to process an enquiry. Once the form has been

processed and you have been accepted on the programme, you are requested to make

a payment. of 33% of the total value of the programme. The balance should be paid

on the first week of beginning the programme, except for the “whole school year

programme” when the balance payment can be made in two equal instalments on the

first week of September and January. The fees should be paid by bank transfer. We

will give details of our bank account number once the participant has been accepted

on to the programme. Any delay in the payments will mean the cancellation of the

programme.

03 Booking Procedure

The booking of any of the programmes can be  done by filling the application form and sending it to us via email. You can find our

application form in our web site www.sepagency.com . Following your application, a place would be reserved in the desired programme, we will confirm your reservation and indicate the total fee that should be paid following the requirements outlined in part 2 of our terms and conditions. Enrolment is not confirmed until fees payable are paid in full. Reservation does not constitute enrolment and decision on enrolment and student placement is entirely a matter of SEPA. SEPA’s decision on enrolments and student placements should be final.

04 Cancelations

SEPA will only accept cancellations that are notified in writing or sent via email to nuriaseery@sepagency.com

05  Terminations

If any student decides to abandon a programme after the commencing date, except for illness, the participant, parent or tutor should understand that it will be SEPA’s decision to reimburse or not all or any portion of the fees paid up to date.

06 Disciplines

SEPA reserves the right to invite any participant to leave the programme if he or she incurres any felony or continuous misbehaving In this case, the participant, his parents or tutor should understand that it will be SEPA’s decision to reimburse or not all or any portion of the fees paid up to date.

07 Minors

Participants under the age of 18 will need their parents or tutors agreement to give SEPA the competence to determinate timetables, activities and discipline during their time with us. Submission of a completed and signed Application Form shall be deemed to

constitute agreement of the within condition.

08 Responsabilities

SEPA is not responsible for damage, time wasted, money or other possessions that affect the participant during the running of any of our programmes. The parents or legal tutors of the participants are responsible for any

physical or material damage the participants may cause during the course of the

programme, and not SEPA, also SEPA will not be responsible for any incident or

accident during transfers to school, camps or personal outings. The participant must

make sure that they bring their own European Health Card, and private travel or

medical insurance if they wish to.

09 Summer Camps

SEPA will make every effort to allocate participants in the summer camp theme of their choice but SEPA can’t guarantee it because it will depend on the places left on the date the participant completes his / her enrolment. SEPA’s decision on such matters shall be final.

10 School Material and Uniforms

School books and unform, when necessary, will be facilitated by SEPA under a loan scheme. Students should bring their own basic school material such as a pencil case and its contents, calculator, etc. and a Spanish – English dictionary. In some cases, students will be able to use their own school uniform and track suit.

11  Photographic material and Multimedia

SEPA has granted permission to take photographs or make videos during the stay of the participant that could be used for promotion or publicity of our programmes in our website, brochures or social media.

12 Saturday Activities

Saturday activities during the summer, have an

additional charge of €50 a week and they will be organized only if there is a minimum

number of participants interested in the activity. SEPA reserves the right to cancel

Saturday activities at its sole discretion.

13 Host Families

Any complaint related to the host family should always be processed via SEPA, and not through personal means. SEPA could consider a change

of family if appropriate or if it is requested by the participant, his/her parents or legal tutors. SEPA’s decision on such matters shall be final.
